What is CoreGains?
CoreGains is a subscription box designed to help you take your health gains to the next level. Every month, we source a variety of plant-based supplements and snacks from big brand suppliers to startups.
Is CoreGains suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians?
Absolutely! All products we feature are plant-based and carefully sourced so they don't include whey, eggs, or dairy that is otherwise commonly found in most protein supplements and protein snacks.
What can I expect in my box?
Every month, we aim to source about 10 items that includes a mix of supplements, protein bars, and healthy snacks. This figure may vary slightly due to size and costs, but we promise to keep you happy! We'll also be keeping the contents of each box a surprise until release, but there will be teasers here and there (hint: check out our instagram and facebook pages!).
Why do I have to create an account?
Creating an account is needed to make sure we can process your subscription to CoreGains every month.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
We charge a flat rate of $8.
Do you guys ship internationally?
As of now, CoreGains only ships within the US.
When will I receive my box?
The last day of each month is the final day for new subscribers to sign up. On the 1st day of the following month, we finalize our shipping list and ensure all boxes are in the mail by the 4th day of that month. We estimate shipping times to be about 5 business days, however actual delivery times may vary. (E.g. If first signed up in January for February's box, we finalize shipping lists and send out boxes by February 4th).
How do I track my shipping?
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the system to update its status.
When do I get charged for my subscription?
Your first payment will be made when you sign up, and this secures your box for the following month. After that, you will be rebilled on the 11th of the following month for your next box. (E.g. If you signed up in January for your February box, you will rebilled on February 11th for your March box.)
What is your exchange/return policy?
Each order is individually produced, and we have very little inventory or overstock. That means we can't offer any exchanges or returns, so all sales are final. However, if you received an item that was damaged or faulty, please email us at email@example.com and a customer service representative will reach out to you ASAP!
